Child Form Icons

You might see some of the following icons on the event child form:

		goto record icon to view that record's profile page.
		add icon to add a new record to the child form.
		edit icon to edit a record on the child form.
		delete icon to delete a record on the child form.
		grandchild form icon to expand or close a grandchild form.
		new window icon to open a child form in a new window.
		more info icon to see more information about the a record on the child form.
		linked headings to sort the records.
		refresh the data in the form.
		export the data to a quick report for download.

Course/Exam Offerings Child Form

If your course is part of an Event, it is often as a Session that is being offered. You can track Session tracks that your course is part of, and the registrants for that session, on the course/exam offerings child form.

Column	Description
Code	Displays the code by which the database stores and searches the session.
Title	Displays the friendly name of the session.
Location	Displays the location of the course session.
Course Date	Displays the date this course session will take place.

Course/Exam Offerings Grandchild Form

Column	Description
Name	Displays the name of the registrant.
Reg Date	Displays the date of the registration.
Invoice	Displays the invoice code of the invoice associated with the registration.
